For AI, infrastructure and SaaS events

We film your tech event and hand back sponsor-ready video within 72 hours.

Unicorn Studios runs the interview set, captures the floor, handles releases and rights, and cuts a recap plus a clip for every speaker and sponsor we interview. At the AI Infra Summit in September we recorded interviews with 16 or more speakers and exhibitors, including NVIDIA, SambaNova and d-Matrix, in two days.

Case studies

Who books us

Event organizers

Producers of AI, dev tools and SaaS events with 100 to 2,000 attendees. Sponsors renew when they can show their bosses what they got, so we give each one a cut of their own.

Sponsors and exhibitors

Field marketing and developer relations teams who already paid for a booth or a talk and want interviews, booth clips and a recap they own outright.

Companies running a launch

Product launches, developer days, customer summits and founder dinners. We plan coverage around the run of show so the launch footage is usable the same week.

What we offer

Every engagement is quoted to the event. Tell us the date, size and sponsor count on the application and we reply within one business day.

Entry

Booth and Launch Recap Pack

Half-day coverage of a booth, talk or launch. One 60 to 90 second recap and five vertical clips within 72 hours.

Most booked

Capture Day / Media Zone

A full day with an interview set: 8 to 15 speaker, sponsor or customer interviews, a recap film and a clip pack per interviewee. Organizers can resell sponsor clip packs.

Core

Event Content Partnership

Speaker promo clips before the event, the media zone on the day, sponsor deliverables, then four to six weeks of post-event clips and a long-form YouTube cut.

By application

Produced tech event

We design and run a launch event, developer day or founder salon end to end, with content included. Requires a deposit covering all non-cancellable costs.

How a media zone runs

  1. Two to ten weeks out: we agree the interview list with you, book slots, and send release forms ahead of time.
  2. On the day: an interview set near the main traffic path and a producer keeping the schedule.
  3. Within 72 hours: the recap, then a captioned clip per interviewee, named and logged against each signed release.
  4. After: a rights ledger you can hand to sponsors, so everyone knows where each clip can run.
