The brief
SVIN needed on-camera conversations with the people building AI infrastructure, recorded at the summit and turned into episodes and clips the show could publish and share with each guest. That meant booking guests before the event, keeping a tight interview schedule on the floor, and tracking which footage belonged to whom.
What Unicorn Studios did
- Researched and contacted exhibitors and speakers before the summit, and booked interview slots on a shared calendar.
- Ran the interview schedule on both days, including walk-up guests introduced on the floor.
- Logged every clip against the guest and company, so editing and guest follow-up could start the same week.
- Set up the post-summit pipeline: selects and exports per company, a guest share folder, and a follow-up call link for each guest.
